Effective October 15, 2026
These Terms of Use govern use of paulferrante.com, operated by Paul Ferrante, Inc. (“Paul Ferrante,” “we,” “us”). Review them before using an account or submitting a request. Where an acceptance control is provided, selecting it records your agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use account services.
Trade website and product information
The site is intended for adult design-trade and business users. You must have authority to act for any company you represent. An account, catalog entry, tear sheet, quote request, or automated acknowledgment is not acceptance of an order. Orders require acceptance by an authorized Paul Ferrante representative and are governed by the applicable written order documents and our Sales Terms and Conditions / Returns Policy.
Product images are representative. Handmade finishes, materials, colors, and dimensions may vary. Confirm specifications, availability, pricing, suitability, installation requirements, and applicable safety requirements with the showroom before ordering or installation. Website content does not replace product-specific instructions or qualified professional advice.
Accounts and communications
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not use another person’s account without authorization. We may restrict or suspend access reasonably to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue. Account closure does not eliminate applicable privacy rights or recordkeeping obligations.
We use the information submitted with an inquiry to respond and, where applicable, route it to the showroom you select. Product-update marketing is optional and separate from account registration or a quote request. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These notices explain information practices; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to marketing or optional tracking.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may view the site and use provided tear sheets and product materials for legitimate product evaluation and project planning. Unless otherwise authorized or permitted by law, do not reproduce our materials commercially, remove ownership notices, impersonate us, or use our name or marks to imply endorsement. The website, photographs, drawings, product materials, trademarks, and original content belong to Paul Ferrante or their respective owners.
Do not bypass authentication or access restrictions, introduce malicious code, misuse forms or email functions, collect other users’ personal information without authorization, send unsolicited bulk messages, or interfere with site operation. If you send another person a tear sheet, you are responsible for having permission or another lawful basis to provide their information and request that communication.
Your submissions and third-party services
You retain rights in materials you submit and authorize us to use them as reasonably needed to respond to your request and provide the requested services. Submit only material you are entitled to provide. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information through general inquiry fields.
The site may link to independent showrooms, social networks, or other third-party services. Their content and practices are their responsibility and their own terms may apply. A link does not itself imply endorsement.
Availability and legal limits
We aim to keep website information accurate and the site available, but errors, outages, and changes can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties and remedies are addressed in the applicable sales documents. Nothing in these website terms excludes liability, warranties, remedies, or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including rights relating to fraud, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable protections.
Governing law and updates
California law governs these website terms, subject to mandatory law that applies to you. These website terms do not create a new arbitration requirement or alter the dispute provisions of an applicable sales agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
We will post revised terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or seek renewed acceptance where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change an accepted order. Material changes will not be treated as accepted solely because you failed to discover them.
